German Jumping Horse Barns?

Next year i'm going to do the 3'6" ring either the maclays or the hunter derbies? Which should I do? Also my horse can only show at three feet and my dad said we can go to germany to buy a 3'6" to 4' horse. Does anyone know of any barns in germany that I look at horse previously before my trip to germany. Also I am bringing a trainer who ha been to germany before as half the horses in are barn are imported. last question is how much doe sit cost to transport a horse over seas form germany to america.
