How two switch two top pieces in a rubiks cube that are directly across from each other?

i have a rubiks cube and im using the cross method, i already have the green face and and have two of the D faces for the next step, but there are two pieces green and red, and green and orange that are across from each otther needing to be switched, anyone have an algorithm?
