Hello I am a single 25 year old straight man moving from Louisville KY to Cary NC working for a utility company. How to continue losing weight?

Since Christmas I have decided to try and control my eating and also exercise in order to help myself lose weight. So far I have lost about 9 or 10 kgs since and at the moment I am running about 2km almost every day. I want to know what else I can do to help myself exercise because I have really made my calves and my foot sore to the point where I don't think I can run this long everyday. I am happy to do other exercise but I need some suggestions. Also I am eating quite well compared to before which has helped but I would like to know any other eating habits which can help me continue to lose weight and keep it off.

Why do my teeth hurt 1 year after having braces removed?

I had braces for 18 months to fix an overbite, overcrowded teeth. I had 4 adult teeth removed so there would be space for my other teeth to move back, fixing the overbite. It has now been a year since I had my braces removed and I'm experiencing alot of ache and pain in my front teeth upper and lower, because thats where I had an overbite, it's as if my teeth are trying to go back out of place, back to the overbite. When I put my retainers on, the pain usually goes away. If I leave my retainers out for more than 15 minutes they will start aching really bad. I am so tired of this, I want to be able to go out without having to wear a retainer, it's not fair, I thought I was going to having no trouble after braces, but look, I probably would have been better off not getting my teeth fixed at all, then I wouldn't be in so much pain. Could my brother have Leukemia?

I found out today my brother, who is 21 and i am 19 might have leukemia. He went to the doctor and they took blood and said it would take 3 weeks to come back. He did smoke, but recently quit, the horrible thing is that our aunt on our mothers side, had leukemia and it took her life. Im scared, and i want to know the likelyness that the leukemia is hereditary ( my aunt was also a smoker). I would also like to know if there is an increase in the chance i would have leukemia if my brother does end up having it. Also, about my brother, about 8-10 years ago he broke his arm, and after having people sign his cast he hated it and painted it with house paint that contained benzen ( not sure thats spelled right) and it burned all the skin right off his arm, and the doctor told us then that he would need to be routinely checked for cancer as benzen was know to contributing to the disease.. could his be the cause? Ridiculous routines of touching things a number of times, obsessive use of symmetry in art at school, etc. And now, I seem to be questtioning what I am. Thing is, I'm mentally attracted to girls, not guys. But, unfortunately, guys seem to make me . Let me explain before you draw conclusions or freak out. 1. I don't want these involuntary arousals to stuff. 2. Why aren't just seeing attractive girls enough to make me all the time? 3. I don't actually get by just seeing a guy, so please note that. 4. I seem to get by hearing, seeing on TV or whatever something about gay or straight or talk. I don't mean purposely looking it up for arousal either. eg, I could be reading something about H-OCD, and someone might mention something about how they decided they're gay and they might mention something about experiences or whatever, and I'll get . However, I find this response repulsive, not enjoyable, particularly seeing as how my beliefs do not condone ual practices, and seeing as how I want to get married, have kids if I ever feel competent enough to raise kids, and really, really want to be with a girl who loves me and who I love. I really just wanna be like normal teenage guys who (forgive me if I sound graphic, I don't mean to be) get horny just by seeing a girl, and who get ual thoughts naturally come into their heads. I don't understand why I don't get by just seeing a girl (I don't get by seeing a guy either). And, I think a possible underwear could have lead to this problem, but I'm so confused I'm not certain about anything. I also thought I was in love with my best friend a few months ago (who is a girl), but something happened where she questioned if i was gay, which made me feel sick to the stomach, which also could have brought these OCD thoughts into my head. I have been obsessed with women when I was little (Oedipus complex), and till I was 13, but when I turned 14 is when this all started really. Although, I figured I just needed male friends instead of just girls. Being around close friends makes me happy, and I just want to be a happier teenage boy who will grow up with a loving wife and a great average life. I probably wouldn't be here if I didn't know about God - he's helped me so much through prayer. I just need to figure out my weird thoughts and conclusively end up heteroual with no doubt in my brain. Sorry for writing all this, but thanks for reading it! Also, please don't rave on about how I should "accept who I am" and "you're born with it - you can't help it". That's bull. Everyone is born with free will. That's what they're born with. And I've made the choice to be straight.

Putting that thing in a computer would be a liability and firecracker at any given time. You seriously need to stick to reputable, QUALITY brands, such as Corsair, SeaSonic, Antec, XFX, PC Power & Cooling, Thermaltake, Silverstone, Cooler Master, or OCZ. Stick to a power supply from any of those brands, period. Everything else looks decent. You didn't include a video card, so I take it you don't plan on gaming? Yeah, don't plan on any gaming on integrated motherboard graphics, either.

Well I game a bit here and there when I can. And as far as I have seen lately and played is sims 2, its not that story in-depth save for the life stories I suppose. But yea, they have the typical human families, and working to get promotions and such things as that. But you are right there are alot of medieval games out now. Does a Taurus man ever forgive?

I've read all the current postings on the ability/inability of Taurus men to forgive and am still not convinced. Husband woes?

I have a 2yr old, a 1yr old and another on the way in Sept. I am in danger of going into preterm labor and was told by my Dr. to take it easy. My 2yr old just started daycare. I have an audition for fame the musical next weekend!! argh! It has been my dream since I saw the musical when I was 12 years old to be in it and when I saw an advert to audition I had to try. I am a very keen dancer and enjoy acting but not so much singing. The show is part of a summer program that lasts two weeks where you work with a production team then put on the musical for 2/3 nights. It is for 11-21 year olds and I am 21 which I was weary about but don't know what to expect so am giving the audition a go. In a nutshell, I'm 16 and I went out with this guy for quite a while, he broke my heart, I rarely talked to him since last July but the conversations never ended well. I need help I have had coyotes coming up onto my property at night and I need them to go away!!?

I live in the country on 3.5 acres in North Central Oklahoma, I have 6 dogs, many cats and chickens. The chickens are in a pen up front near the house, I did this specifically to protect against predators. We really have been lucky we haven't had problems with predators for the past 5 years, until now. Since the temperature has started dropping at night, we have had a problem with coyotes coming right up to our back and side fence in the back yard and last night they actually came into the front really close to the house. One of my dogs is a Husky/ Wolf hybrid and he urinates all over the property so I can tell you wolf urine does not deter the coyotes one of my other dogs is a Great Pyrenees /Anatolian Shepard mix and he does an awesome job keeping the coyotes from actually coming into the back yard. However the coyotes just keep coming in night after night, for the past month my cats get brought in just before dusk to prevent them from being picked off but I need ideas to make the coyotes go away, so that our lives can return to normal. Problems meeting gay men?

I seem to have no problem meeting straight men, while trying to meet gay men. Just an example: I could be at a social event filled with hundreds of attractive gay men, but if there was 1 attractive straight man in the room, then he would be the only one who is nice to me and would eventually ask for my number or email address. At my new job, there is this one straight guy that is very very attractive, and the gay men there told me that they have tried for years to at least get a hello and they can't even get a hello in response from him. 5 months into my employment at the company, and that same guy and I have become workout buddies, drinking buddies, I've met his girlfriend, and he's even driven me home on his motorcycle. He has even slept over on my sofa when he was either drunk or tired to go home. Green Shadows?

A couple of years ago I woke up in the middle of the night. I also saw that there were splotchy green shadows on the wall and there was no light anywhere in the room. So I woke my sister up and she told me to go back to sleep. She was scared. I switched bedbunks with her and went back to sleep. It was scarcely an hour when I fell off the top bunk to see the green things still there. No one believes me, she says I was dreaming, but I wasn't, I could tell, the way her eyes darted back and forth uneasily. Besides, I know I wasn't dreaming because I had tons of bruises from the fall. What were those shadows? Are my eyes different? Is my wall radioactive? My eyes weren't playing tricks on me, it was like light was coming from the wall and it was illuminating the covers. WHAT was it?

Ok, I'm asking this because I just remembered a question posted here and the person asked how would a child react if they saw a woman dressed scantily. The weather is fantabolous , won't get such in the whole year , so better spend outside than to hanging around in malls. mamzar park beaches (inside) have privacy while open beach (outside) and jumeirah opne beah are 'too open'. Can try Creek side park sans beach. All malls are alike, skip Ibn-e-batuat too far from Deira instead visit City centre deira, dubai mall, festival city and Mall of the Emirates (again a bit far from Deira) but worth visting as it is lively with more 'Open' atmosphere. Can try Dubai Metro to go around. Ya visit souqs at night and the best Lebanese food (a lil expensive as compared to others) is available at Lehab (the oldest Lebanese resturaunt in town) near Garhoud Bridge and is close to Deira city centre or visit Shami Resturaunt on Murqabaat Road and u can find many others. All good posh hotels have good bars. Visit Armani resturaunt in Burj Khalifa.

hmmm...that's hard. it depends on a lot of stuff. if the person who i loved was in pain, then i think i would want them to die so they didn't feel pain anymore....but, if that person was healthy and happy in life, then i guess i would....i would have to really love them though. but still, its easy enough to say that you would do it....its actually DOING it thats hard...so i suppose i would have to actually be in the situation to see what happened.

Samsung working on a patch to allow its blu ray players to play Avatar?

Just bought a Samsung BD C5500 less than a month ago. I put the blu ray version of Avatar in and kept getting this red screen of death stating that my player needed an upgrade. So i did this, and it still says that i need an upgrade. From what i read on this forum, Sony is having the same types of issues and is allegedly working on a sort of patch to download to possibly correct this issue. Anyone know if Samsung is working on any similar patch? The DVD works fine, and looks pretty damn awesome, but i'd really like to watch it on blu ray, since i have a blu ray player. Pretty frustrating.

Problems hitting high notes on bari sax?

I've just started playing the bari sax, after having solid experience with the clarinet and alto sax. I'm understanding how to hit the low notes, but I can't hit the high notes well. When I get to C (in the top ledger lines) , D, and higher, I can't hit them at all. Although, I can hit those notes if I start with a lower note and slur my way up. Why is this?

I think the poem is talking about a girl who is madly in love with a boy she can't have. she feels that her life is over because she feels as if her happiness resides in a boy that doesn't love her the same way. Appropriate ornament wording?

Each year since we met, I've bought my husband an ornament for our tree. The first year, it simply said "they met", the year we got engaged, it said "they promised" and when we were married, it said "they wed". Loss of pressure on combi boiler?

have a vokera unica combi boiler if I fill as per instuctions up to 1.5 bar the pressure drops to 0.8 bar very quickly (approx 10 mins) then just stops at 0.8 bar, the heating and water all work fine but cannot hold pressure any higher than 0.8 bar. If was a leak ume would drop to 0 and not just hold at 0.8bar??
