Do you think issues like race and ity *really* inspire people to hate or is it just a type of person?

It seems that some people have always been able to find someone to hate - Jews, Blacks, Persians, Arabs, Americans, Muslims, Christians, Catholics, uals, redheads or whatever. I'm sure a bigot could always find someone to hate.
