How to continue losing weight?

Since Christmas I have decided to try and control my eating and also exercise in order to help myself lose weight. So far I have lost about 9 or 10 kgs since and at the moment I am running about 2km almost every day. I want to know what else I can do to help myself exercise because I have really made my calves and my foot sore to the point where I don't think I can run this long everyday. I am happy to do other exercise but I need some suggestions. Also I am eating quite well compared to before which has helped but I would like to know any other eating habits which can help me continue to lose weight and keep it off.
