Advice about a clingy guy?

ok so my boyfriend of two months is soo clingy. he's always grabbing me and holding my hand but i hate PDA. we're barely able to talk, and how do u have a relationship without communication. i told him we needed to talk more and actually do things but its so awkward. i think i may have to break up with him but im afraid of completely breaking his heart. he says im the only girl for him. ugh...
