How much ebay will charge me if i open an account on ebay and sell something?

iam new on ebay i dont really buy and sell there,however i happened to buy a stroller for my kids that i really dont like , too small for my boys, and want to sell it , after trying on craiglist etc i am not able to sell it locally so iwant to post it on ebay so ican get rid of it and buy another one.. i want to sell it for $185.... its maclaren twin techno. .. its less than what i paid i.e $225.. i want to know how much ebay is going to charge me for opening an account and whatever they charge for sale for $185, how many days they give to sell your item and is it a good idea to open and account to sell just one item? are there any other place where i can sell the stroller thatis free of charge other than craiglist and ebay? thanks
