Egg vs whey?

hello so i want to lose ten pounds and i am currently working out well i should say working my *** off 4 times a week (kickboxing) i eat four to five times a day and i currenlty switched from whey to egg protien which one is better for you the man at the vitamin shop said that the egg protien is the best to take. But i am asking you guys for your input i also want to tone up i am a 27 year old female about 5 2" 147 pounds looking to be 137-135 pounds . SO whey of egg ????
