Is my dog having seizures?

ok last night my dog came in my room and layed down with me in my bed as usual and i was watching tv when she fell asleep and started making a grunting/coughing noise kinda like she was congested and i got worried so i started petting her and moving her a lil but she was still making the noise and i finally picked her upp and she stopped and she almost bit me like she didnt know what i was doing and then she calmed down and went back to sleep and she didnt do it anymore does it sound like she had a seizure shes a shorthaired pomarainian and she 1 year old and shes had her shots and things plz help
