Should a man who denies paternity and is proven wrong lose all parental rights as a punishment?

I seen that episode a while back and no i don't think they should take his parental rights away because he obviously didn't want the child in the first place, and it's not fair on the child if after finding out he is the father to take him away if he wants to be in the lil boys life. . I watch Maury alot and i see how it destroys some men when they really believe they are the father but the wife has cheated and it turns out they are not the father. DNA should be taken from all new born's to avoid this from happening
