Subway meal, how come so much sodium?

Some sodium isnt bad. Your body needs some sodium to function properly. However cutting back on sodium can help you lose or maintain weight. Depending on your gender, body needs, weight or health issues will determine how much you may need. I'd call and ask a nutritionist or your doctor.
