Dinertown tycoon has stopped working?

I don't quite know what's happening, but when i start the game he title screen comes up fine and all the ons like options awards bla bla bla work but when i click play i get this msg saying "dinertown tycoon has stopped working". I've already turned DEP off for this game and im still getting the same msg. HELP PLEASE AND THANK U
