I have 3 lumps on the top of my right testicle.?

1 is on the side of the cord thingy that goes in at the top (Sorry I don't know the technical terms.) and it's very very small and kinda sharp feeling. The other 2 are in front of the cord, one is kinda soft and the other is sharp felling and about the same size as the first one. Should I go to the doctor? And i am around 16.
