Guys please help, he asked my ring size... ?

The other day I was emailing showing my boyfriend pictures of a ring that I want... It was a ring that had the end of the footprints poem on it. He emailed me back and said something about the ring being cute and then he was like I don't even know what your ring size is. Lately he has been talking about going away just the 2 of us to Niagara Falls, which neither of us have ever been to. What do you think this means?
