A yugioh question to be answered?

Alright if I have just brought out stardust dragon and my opponet has 3 book of moon face down and he activates it putting my stardust facedown can I flip him back up into attack mode and how many times could I do that also if my opponents stardust dragon is face down and I play card trooper and use creature swap could I switch him into attack mode if creature swap diddnt say I couldent thanks
