PEOPLE OF ALL AGES : I'm trying out the Atkins Diet. Does it work? PLEASE answer?
I'm on the Atkins diet, started it just today. I'm planning to do it for just two weeks because I've heard it IS very helpful but can be dangerous too. So I only have protein and some fibre and no carbohydrates (starch) or plan to have very little of it. Anyone tried it? Has it worked for you? Also I do exercise but I burn not more than 200 calories a day. I noticed today while exercising that I was sweating much more than I usually do, is it something to do with the diet? Please answer my two question. Thanks a lot. :)
