HID peger side keeps going out.?

I drive a 98 honda prelude and my penger HID went out while i was driving. I check the connection everything is fine. but when i disconnect the red wire n connect back in its place the HID turns on again. then i start driving again n the HID goes out again. So i keep doing the samething n it keeps come bak on. i know the bulb is not out. can u please let me wat its the problem thank u.
